Ms. Kimberlee Jacquelyn Louis To All Instructors

Kim is a dedicated professional and a very busy mother of 3. She is originally from Brooklyn, NY but was raised in Virginia Beach, VA and calls the beach her home. Kim received a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Dance from George Mason University in 2010. She has recently graduated from Walden University with a Master's in Social Work. Since 2011, Kim has worked extensively with youth through dance instruction, teaching and coaching at local dance studios in the Hampton Roads area, and also held various roles within the school system. While working in the physical therapy field, as an adaptive PE teacher for Cheasapeake Public Schools and outpatient clinics, she found ways to connect her passion of movement of the body with the well being of the mind. She brings a blend of creativity, compassion, and dedication to her work with the youth and their families, while striving to support the youth as they navigate through the critical transition between adolescence and young adulthood. Kim's future goal is to become a Board Certified Dance and Movement Therapist to further integrate mind-body wellness into her work. Kim is excited to meet the families at HSOBX!
